SAVE ME A TRIP TO "ARCHIVE ****"

Hey guys and gals -- just a simple question. I am a few inches away from ordering V/H Big Shots. The kit comes with all the gaskets, instructions, etc.

Do I need to get into "re-mapping" and "re-whatevering" after I put these on -- or simply bolt on, make noise and go.

You'll need to remap with a pc111 or some other fuel nanny or adjust via the ecu.

My plugs were fine with the Bigshots and no PCIII. I can tell you that it does run better with the PCIII. Just test run, check your plugs, THEN make noize and GO.

The bike will run better with a PCIII with the correct map or ECU adjustments. The PCIII is fairly easy to install and re-map, you just have to cough up a couple hundred more dollars. BTW, the Bigshots do not come with new gaskets, you just re-used the stock ones.

I almost feel silly saying it, but all the info is already here, JimB. Yes it is good to bring up past discussions occasionally, but it is also good to use the search utility. These kinds of post chew up space on the server. So, please, next time take a minute (yep, that's all it takes) to use the search.
