I recently uploaded a signature image from the site that everyone uses but can't seem to get it to work. It shows an X where the image should be...can you guys see it??

Anyone know why it wouldn't show up - pretty sure I coded it correctly.

where did the % signs and everything come from?? I didn't put those in....
