Getting the Bike back next week from Patrick Racing with the 106mm kit installed. So far the first shot at the numbers are:

HP 127.5
TRQ 142.5

The amazing part is that it has over 120ft-lbs from 2250 to almost 5500.

The man knows Warrior motors...

Ed, I think I 'll be happy riding bitch and let you drive [8D] I have enough problems with this bike over 100mph... I need a sissi bar for myself. I ctually rode with a tie down around my back and the hooks on the handle bar once. It was nice as it was adjustable...[/emoticons/emotion-2.gif] Nobody wanted to be seen with me, so I was riding tail...

As for the numbers, he expects them to get better as the motor breaks in and the map improves.

He pretty much has them ready now. He said he has to order more Carillo Rods. The biggest difference is driven from the Carillo rods which are made for the 106 mm pistons as they have a wider neck at the top. This adds $1K to the cost. Other than that, the cost of the 106mm piston & cylinder kit is only $150 more ($925) if I recall correctly. Thats wil the head gaskets, etc included. Now he did design a new cam for this motor which apparently can also be used with the other bores.

Those are some GREAT #s Reza! Bike must really rip the arms out of your socket! [/emoticons/emotion-2.gif] You'll have to come up with a seat belt or something...

You'll need to add some weight to the rear end (with your skinny ass on board)[/emoticons/emotion-5.gif], so that your 280 will hook up for a good launch.

I'm just amazed at what these guys can do to the Warrior engine. These high performance mods are reasonably priced too, for what you get. Sweet, definitely need to see you at a SOCAL ride sometime soon...

Audio, here is whats on my bike:

Propipe
PCIII
PRAirkit
Bored out Throttle bodies
Stage IV Injectors
Stage IV ECU
PRCam Kit
2mm+valves & ported Heads
240 wheel

Now the same setup with the old cam and the 100mm (10/emoticons/emotion-11.gif was making 109HP and about 124ft-lbs of torque. So you can see the difference between the two kits. The above will come out to around $5K more or less.
So price wise its in line with the Turbo kit. With the Turbo, you will still need some of the parts and to go over 125HP, Nigel recommends getting the rods which are $1k. You can make more power withthe Turbo kit if you want so spend more. You can ways Turbo charge the 2.0L kit as well and end up in the 200HP range !

There is actually a guy in Hintington Beach that is doing just that. He is a hardcore...

Okay... so for the price of a hardley, ( about 17k ish) one could pull ridiculously high numbers like 127 and 140...
heh...
hahaha... bwaaaaahahahahaha....
I know, it's just not fair to compare a warrior to milwaukee tin... but they would, wouldn't they?

You are the man! Just staring at the graph makes my eyes sweat!
I must find things to sell, so I can have one too!

hmm...
I guess it'll have to be the house... but it's a fair trade..
