Fellas, I've got just enuff dough to start doing my 1st major mods( for me at least), but i'd like to know which would be best: the Yammi Stage IV kit, or pipes/PCIII with VBAK? I never even considered the stage IV till recently, but i saw that you can get major HP increases with it. Additionally, can u add a VBAK to a stage IV kit. Thanks

Stage IV will get you more hp and tq but is way more expensive. I do not have the stage iv but from what I understand you could go with the stage iv and instead of the speedstar ecu go with the pciii.


if your funds are limited start with the vbak, pipes and pciii and then save for the stage iv kit. you will be able to use the vbak,pipes and pciii with the stage iv. im pretty sure this is accurate but maybe someone with a little more knowledge can chime in

If you can afford the Stage4 kit then buy it without the unfiltered velocity stacks and instead buy Woody's VBAK. The S* ECU will work fine you don't need to tune it because the S* ECU is hard-wired for that set-up, and gives you an extra 500rpm to mess with people's heads.

- although other options exist such as the hot108ci110ci 122ci kits.
