Just came back from Laconia today...great time except for all the rain. Anyways, about 3/4 of the way home, my bike started breaking up BAD. I played with it some and found it breaks up from 2500-3500. Everywhere else is fine. I bypassed the PCIII hoping that was the problem, but it was the same thing. My warrior is an 05 with 4500 miles. I wasnt expecting problems already. Also, I have churchkey's V-BAK. The dealership shouldnt give me problems regarding my warranty, right?

Define breaks up? Is it a flat spot in the rpms range, is it loseing power and Are there any noices when your in the flat spot?
If the dealer does go to another dealer.. They shouldn't considering the stage 4 kits don't mess with it. Its early but check spark plugs for build up and conections at battery

You got a tank of bad gas. I have BAK and rode through a storm that transferred the tint from my leathers to my skin. Gave a whole new meaning to "BLUE BALLS". unless the filters are not properly oiled, or connected, rain should have no effect. Drain the gas, or add some stabalizer.
Good ruck.

If that doesn't solve the problem it could be the two wire nuetral pickup that does about 4 other jobs as well. I had this problem some time back, while the motor is cold it is not too bad, but once it gets to working temp look out. this starts at 2500, as the bike gets hotter the rev range will decrease until the bike stops. Let it cool and you can progress some distance again. This is covered under waranty.

What the others have said.

Also, pull each push on coil lead & carefully squeeze the female connectors to insure a tight fit.

Running in the rain should not be a problem. It gets wetter here in FL than anywhere else I have been. One night I was following tail lights because I could not see the road it was raining so hard. I went through standing water on the road that caused the bike to hydroplane momentarily. I felt the forks top out & ate the wave that came over the bars. Scared the crap out of me but the Warrior never missed a beat. I remember thinking at that moment that this thing is a submarine. After that I decided I won't run in the heavy rain at night if I can't see the road.
