the bike is making 133hp and 152ft/lbs torque. its real sweet now. the brakes are from europe (awesome stopping power!)i never need more than a finger to stop. also got a 240 wheel on the back. the bikes got a carb now. no more f.i.
I can now power slide the rear wheel in first on gas alone. i even break it loose a bit in second.
YEEEEEEEHHHAAAAWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks for all the feedback everyone. it sure feels nice to have others praise what youve done. now for details.
the front wheel is originaly a sportbike item. it was sold as an upgrade for a gsxr 750. the company who makes it is called braking usa. they are in italy though. i got the wheel through the american distributor. i had to machine all the brackets to make it work on the warrior.
the blower is frome www.magnacharger.us
they sell it for the roadstar. i just figured it would bolt onto the warrior (which it did) and i then proceeded to try making the injection work. this is not as easy as one might think. due to the blower being a positive displacement unit, i had no way of bleeding the air i was not in need of out. i tried using all sorts of bypass valves and switching the position of the throttle bodies and nothing worked 100%. even magnacharger could not figure it out. i finally gave up and bought the carb and it fired up and idled well right away. i had some tuning to do but it all went quickly. the blower and carb ran me $4000.00
i had to fabricate all the manifolds myself. (labour of love). the next mod will be a set of pipes a local guy here makes that are electronically adjustable and can decrease the sound with the flip of a button. i was blown away buy the idea. i have an appointment at his shop in 2 weeks.
last detail is the exhaust sound. although i have already been nailed once with a ticket ($151.00) i can say its the best sounding bike i have ever heard. when i ride by any crowd, time stops and everyones head turns to hear it. each explosion is incredibly crisp and sharp. i will be changing pipes though. i need the new ones so i can turn down the sound when i get near cops. well, thats all for now i guess. cant wait till morning. i got a 240 that need some burning[}/emoticons/emotion-1.gif]

Ok, I'm curious now.

You took out the FI, added Supercharger, but didn't add an intercooler? Why? Colder air means more power. Supercharged and turbo'd air is always extremely hot. I would think an intercooler, though it would add weight and may defeat the purpose, would greatly improve the performance on the dyno as well as have less possibility of damaging the engine.

An excellent example of this are the guys in Cali that learned about heated turbo air the hard way when experimenting with the Hayabusa. They've modded one heck of an intercooler system for it now.

To be honest, if someone were to properly "plumb" and engineer the intercooler for your set up, you may have a gold mine!
