Looking to have a big fatty put on the back of my warrior this off season. Wanted to have the swingarm modified to accept the 250 tire and also wanted the rear wheel widened as well. I want to keep the stock wheels and just have them powdercoated black just like the midnight warrior's wheels are. I have also read here on the forum about "Crown" as being the man that may be able to help this to be a reality. Does anyone know how to get in touch with him? If you do, please let me know, or if you have any other shops that do reputable work drop a line as well. Thanks Woodrow Oh yeah, need to know more about the hidden rear caliper mod as well.

Some people would've just told you to use the "search" option..................I however am not that guy.

I used Crown when I did my 260 kit and caliper mod. He was very attentive to detail, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use him again if need be. Heck, I imagine that he may even have parts on hand ready toswap out at this point?

260 is the widest tire that sits in the stock fender. Crown does widen the wheel and swingarm. Good thing about Crown is you have an option on wheel width. You can go 8.5" which is what the other venders sale or you can go 9" which is a better width for the 260.

Hi

Nice looking bike, can you advise what type and make is the exhaust?

Kylenv also does the wide tire kits. My old 260 kit was from him and I was more than pleased with it. If you go on the forum section and then scroll down to the site vendors you will find both crown and Kyle. You can usually run a 260 tire with the stock fender however you may need to do a little shimming. If however you run an Avon 250 tire which in fact is a bit wider than the meteler 260 that a lot of people also use you may have a problem with the stock fender. Some people have had problems and have had to widen the fender or go to a custom fender.

Hey, see that this post was quite awhile ago. Do you still have this sick ride? I was looking to customize my wheels on my 02 Warrior. I was wondering if you could help me out as far as pointing my in the right direction, which website you'd order from, what size the front wheel is, ect. Thanks! Hope you're still riding the sexy beast!
