I did my 240 kit last year. Installation is a breeze. I really didnt have any special tools to install the bearings, mallet and sockets. All the above recomendations will help out. Once you sit down and get to working, you'll think it isnt bad at all. You can call Reza if you get jammed or have any thoughts before moving foward, he definitely will steer you in the right direction.

He just sent me the following email.

Here are the steps:

1) depending on the pipe you have, see if it blocks access to the swingarm pivot nut?
2) If it does you will have to remove the pipe.
3) Remove the wheel in the following order:
a. Remove caliper bolts and remove caliper, let hang
b. Loosed swingarm adjuster screws (belt tension)
c. You will need a 32mm socket
d. Remove the rear wheel

4) Remove the belt guards
5) Remove the bolt that connects the swingarm to the shock assembly
6) Now remove the swingarm pivot nut (32mm)
7) Remove the long swingarm axel ( do not mix up the wheel and swingarm axle.

9) Remove the end caps
10) Remove the sleeve inside the swingarm pivot hole

Done

That doesn't sound too bad!
