Any chance you have a pic of this? I'm pretty sure I'm missing one too but haven't worried about it since it's hidden behind my exhaust.

+1 but mine is Polished Stainless Steel
@Texas _Warrior ... IMO this is 'A' Typical of the R.H. side ABS swing arm pivot plug. The heat from the exhaust pipe eventually deteriorates the plastic component.

The Yamaha part number in the 2002 parts manual shows as 4KM-2219X-00 (not 5PX) and I looked it up. There seem to be plenty if covers out there. Plus it fits other stuff. Using this part number it might be possible to track down billet or cast covers that are sold for other Yamaha mc's. Worth a try.

When I did the sink hole cap I did use a dab of silicone.
