I just sent this as a question to the seller:

"Do you have a Dyno graph for the bike to prove the claimed 200hp along with contact information for the person or company that did the Dyno testing? Also Yamaha does not make performance cylinder heads, I think you may have worded it wrong in the description. Where are the after market heads from? Do you have receipts for all parts purchased and work done?"

Lets see what comes of this...

Hi. I can direct you to University Motors in Fargo, ND. They did the work. Also the parts were bought from there. I am still in contact with the original owner and will get back to you with the info on the heads and etc.. As for the Dyno I can either take it for another test or you can buy it contingent on the HP. We can both go test it. You pay for the test I will give you your $ back for test and bike if it doesn't perform.

Well I can save us the money and me a trip by telling you it is IMPOSSIBLE to get 200 n/a horsepower from this engine. You should change your description of the sale before someone reports the sale posting to eBay. I'm just being the nice guy here so please do not take it the wrong way. If all this info was given to you by the original owner, he is a liar plain and simple.

Kind of makes me want to take the trip to see his face when it doesn't even come close lol...

He has since changed his sale posting and description due to mine and one others line of questioning of the claimed power.
