Made my mods worth it but I think I have killed it for corners since I dont "feather" worth a crap and seem to spin to much coming out of the apex in 2nd and 3rd.

Hey, do ya'll remember me? I got some new pics of my ride after a little modding help from The CADFather, I got it just about how I pictured it in my mind when I bought it.

Do ya'll see any resemblance to CADFather in this pic? I've been told that I look like him, but I don't see it.

It has definitely changed from when I first got it, tell me wha'cha think

 

I see some extreme modding has been goin on to that scoot. Lookin good.

Hope it will be done by next weekend. Paint prices are outrageous. Temps next week will be in the 70's here so hopefully I can do this and not worry about the clear messing up next Saturday. Gonna use the Burnt Orange like the k7 GSXR 1000 in the background. That dark maroon redish plum lookin purple and burnt orange I think will be a good contrast. I'll just have to put it on and see. May have to tone it down with some candy tinted clear coats.

No Lilac goin on that bike Dan, Sorry. I can look at doing yours that color if you want.[8D] Can't get to it until next winter though. so if you're in a hurry... Sorry[/emoticons/emotion-2.gif]

 

I got to see the layout up close. Those pics make the purple look almost black, but in reality is really has a nice colour to it. looking good, dave, keep it up!

on a side note, did you make it down to joe's sunday? never heard from you, so didn't know.

Joe, I've got some wire nuts to hook up your compressor whenever you want me to come on down!

Yes, went down Sunday evening. My oldest son came in town from Nashville on Sunday and wanted to hang out with the OLD MAN so we went to look for some shoes, then went to Joe's around 7:00 and then went to eat etc.

Anybody broke down tonight?A buddy of mine just called,he's on his way back from Alabama,to see if one of my Warrior bro's was broke down just outside of Chattanooga I-75 headed towards Knoxville.He stopped but no one was around.He knows that I have friends around Chattanooga and wanted to let me know.He's also the one I'm working with on the bike show in May.I hope everyone is OK.

Weren't me. I'd be willing to bet it ain't Warriordog either as I have his forks for polishing.
