as in great shape and good health(I was looking around for someone else in the room that he was talking to!)except my heart can't make up it's mind on how fast it should beat.So I get to wear a gadget called a Life Watch monitor for 21 days, portable EKG type thingy, so I guess we will see in about 3-4 more weeks.

He does'nt seem to think it's bad enough to do another heart cath,of which I'm glad, those things suck!

So I guess you guess are stuck with me a while longer!

Thats GOOD news. An old guy like you should probably slow down a bit now & go the cruiser route instead of the fast & furious stuff. I can hook you up with a low milage Harley with hard bags & a windshield. Never seen rain or snow, it lives in my sister in laws family room.

Goldwing's too fast for a heart patient. Or you could think of it the other way and that is with such a heavy andpoor performing bike, the harley might give him more heart trouble trying to navigate traffic.

We're moving on the 31st. I was just planning on renting a U-haul. We're hoping to have everything but the furniture moved by next saturday. We have quite a bit of furniture, though. Probably not as much as Woody's antique loving wife, but enough that I'm not looking forward to moving it. Probably not as much as Dave's christmas decorations, either. Come to think of it, it's really not that much stuff. Thanks, Dave. Picturing that pile in the back of your basement makes me feel better about all my junk. Aren't you glad to know something good came of it?
Image

How tall is you trailer, dave. We've got a tall-boy dresser thingy that sits a little less than 8 feet. I'd pay for your gas, too Woody.

Take care of yourself and do what the doc says.

After my last "incident" the Ol'Btm_Fdr wil be fighting w/the Gunman & Warriordog for the position @ the butt end of the pack.(At least that's the story I'm trying to sell to the "Boss"a/k/a" the Mean Midget".)

If you need a need a character witness that the BtmFdr would never lie, I'll get started looking for someone that we can payoff to do so.

I would be priviledged to share the ass end with you and the Dog,but I get to wear the uniform for every other poultry inspection!

You need to spend less time looking in the mirror and more time riding..........On a serious note. The Ozarks would be my choice over the Dragon. If we do Ozarks I will meet you guys on the road after you all leave the Dragon. I have 4-5 days round trip. I want to spend some time riding new roads in a different State.

If this gets some legs and grows I will be getting one of them wide ramps and driving the Warrior into the back of me Dodge. Got to be better than pulling a trailer all over the **** country. How about we get cabins and split the cost?

If this thing takes off I plan on going with you so a trailer may be a better option and a split on gas

#869 ·
Hey guys. Hope you don't mind my butting in.
Image
I'm pretty sure myself and Dwight/Garnerwarrior will make this trip. Don't know if we'll trailer or ride yet. He mentioned letting Trilby (his wife) follow in the truck 'IF' everyone else is riding. If everyone is trailering from the dragon over, I'm sure we would do the same thing.

Played around and mapped a few days worth of rides real easy. These where all great cruising roads with short (20 mile curve and twist the wrist roads) added in. Would allow something for everbody with out one group loosing the other for any major time. Was fun to do, since most of them were roads I hit as a teen. Then a day trip to the caves would give an hour up, time in the caves then lunch and a two hour trip back.
Not trying to be "cruise director" just know North Central AR pretty good. Hope one of the current natives will chime in.

what time frame are we thinking on this? August? September? I'd prefer it to be a little warmer, but not too hot. Maybe choose a week that will be about eighty degrees with clear skys. I need to know soon, though, because I have to schedule my vacation by the end of next week. Remember, whatever week you choose, make sure it's gonna be a pretty-but-not-too-hot week (do they do a five month forcast on the weather channel?) Seriously though, It's possible that I can actually make this trip and that makes me soooo excited.

Hey Warriordog and Churchkey, what are you two up to this weekend...cause I've got an idea if you're gonna be free. Might involve a little labor, but I'll buy you burger and maybe we can go for a ride in the afternoon.

Posted that I can help on the 31st. Can bring a 18' flat bed or if its OK with Warriordog his 12' enclosed which is parked here, the ramp door is only about 6' high so your monster furniture will not fit unless it can go in on its side.

I can help on Saturday only. Heading to NE Arkansas on Sunday - Wednesday with my 80 year old Dad. He's meeting up with some of his High School buddies for a breakfast on Tuesday AM.

Woody, Bring the trailer if he wants the enclosed one - that's fine. If you are going to drive and be there on Sat. then I'll just bring the balance then.

Have two new drivers starting this week and have to ride with one of them every day this week. Keeping me at work late and getting there early too.
