Question,where is the best place to buy a new front tire? Mine is slicker than my head and I'm saving my pennies so I can ride before summer is over.


Now I have to spend several days surfing the forum to see whats been going on,unless some one wants to give me a newsbrief!

What part of the parkway you plannin on riding? You better give me a heads up if your heading this way.


the parkway is closed at Craggy Gardens due to a slide and they don't have any $$$$$ to repair it so it will be closed indefinately. They spend all the $$$$ on the wars and rebuilding other countries and say fock it to our National Parks.

Don't think we'll get up as far as Spruce Pine on this trip but I've got your number if we do. It's a three or four hour ride for us just to get to the portion near Cherokee. I know - three or four hours? - but you gotta remember Janice will be going to. She hates the curves. I think we're gonna signup for a track day weekend or two this fall with the Sportbiketracktime.com guy here in Cleveland. I think it'll be good for both ofus. Iunderstand it can be addictive too.

I had my wife talked into heading down for the day but I got one of those phone calls at 7am,My Aunt that watched me from age 2-6 so my mom could go back to school to become a teacher,passed this morning just about 7am. Looks like the next few days are going to be kinda busy......

Me and the Preacherman went to the Gap yesterday. We met a guy with a 138 HP Warrior.

He's trying to sell it though. He likes his BMW much better.

To you N Ga, NC and Tenn riders, I'll be leaving Fl Friday for my son's in Asheboro, Departing Asheboro Sat and the following week for the afore mentioned areas for a week of riding and camping. Hope to see some of you on the roads or campgrounds. Won't be riding the Warrior. I'll be on the C14 and my son will be on a meanstreak. Again, hope to see some of you

He must be a mechanical genious because he was able to attain this hp with a k/n kit, pipe and a power commander. Just think of all the money we could have saved. Poor guy didn't know who he was talking to, we just smiled and walked away.

I knew I should have bought that "riding bell", I could have gained 20 hp, avoided my crash and probably added another 10 GPM.
