Does anyone else have an anoying oil weep from there transfer case? My bike never leaves a drop on the floor but I can see the oil ever so slowly weep down from the side by the filler (under the exhaust pipes) to near where the drain is. I pulled the outer case, which is more of a visual cover and the O-ring looked dirty from the factory, so I cleaned and put back together and 2 weeks later same weep!!

There are three o-rings on the transfer case. One each, in the filler and drain holes, and a thrid around the front part of the case(as you are well aware of). Make sure the fill plug has it's o-ring and install it tightly. Like jspenc said, if there's too much fluid in your case it may weep out the fill hole. I fill by sight. With the bike level(on a lift) I fill to about 1/4" below the fill hole and have never had a weeping problem that wasn't due in part to: tightening the plug inadequatly or cleaning the area of overspill.
