Turn signals removed causing problems

My turn signals are removed and the dealer I bought my bike from says that's the problem. When I turn my bike off with the kill switch it clicks on and on and a faint blue light shows on the tach. It sounds as though it is respooling? I've solved this problem by using the key to shut off the bike. Will this, and does this mess anything up?

It happened to all the warriors that had the direction lights removed, It is a computer ECU problem, when the ECU reads no drain from the light it make the decompression solenoid to click and the light in the tachometer goes on, Just a freaky thing.
Easy to fix, just add some kind of power drain (Bulb) hidden in the headlight or a resistor, There is a device sold by Barons called equalizer that solve the problem also.

It will also stop if you put the bike in Nuetral prior to shutting down......you need to correct the amperage draw...............either with load equalizers or resistor's.......some folks even have put a 12 volt indicator light in the head light or hide it under the seat...hook it up to the front running lights/turn signals.....
