I have been thinking about going with a car or truck tire for years. I wasn't entirely sure how safe it would be or if it would even be allowed on a bike. The current build I am doing will have a fat rear end. I was planning to go with a 300mm Shinko. However, since reading this thread, I am wondering what other choices I have for this bike.

I took her out to join the Rolling Thunder Utah escort group across Utah 10 Days ago. I love this tire. I had my wife on the back and for the first time in years the bike didn't shift left to right when she shifted.

That's the one...

You got it in one try and quickly.
Update - Today I put it on and went for a ride.
I used the Dark Side Tire Chart to dial in the PSI. 4Oz of Dyna Beads.
Ride impressions...
It does turn and lean. Vibration through the handle bars has gone down. It is easy to sit at lights as it almost stands up by itself. I feel every crack in the road at slow speed but at higher speeds things really smooth out. It takes a little more effort to move in the lane. The big 9.5 inch wide tire feels like I am riding on Air Shocks; no bounce, just like sitting on a pillow. I did avoid a round about as I did not know what the bike would do with the CT. A quick left and then right turn felt good. Flick left, flick right. It wants to stand back up after a turn by itself on automatic. No wobbles.
I do not feel confident yet but I think it is going to grow on me.

It is WEIRD.
