I had a question I hoped someone might answer. I've been looking at alot

of passed posts but haven't found an answer. Anyhow, I just bought the

VBAK from Churchkey, I'll be installing come spring. I've got a PC III

installed and have s* exhaust. I wondered if I should install a map which is

closer to my setup with the VBAKjust prior to installing the VBAK or install

the VBAK and then change the map. Maybe I'm being a bit anal and it really

doesn't matter. I'm planning on gettingher dyno'd and mapped down the road.

Thanks for any help.

If you are going to be riding the bike before you install the VBAK, I'd install a map that closely matches what you currently have and then remap it when you install the VBAK. If you're not riding, install the VBAK now and then do the map once.

So your saying to install the VBAK then remap the PC III.

Not to remap PC III for VBAK just prior to VBAK install.

I would say if your going to do your VBAK and pull your computer in the garage right then, it doesnt matter which order you are going to do it.

If you plan on riding in between then the order would matter. If its all done on the same day though, dont worry bout it.

to installing.thanks
