ok, i know i just asked about the go-ped so i looked around for some place that shows what all that little stuff means, but i couldnt find anything on the stars. what are they about?

The stars coincide with the ranking. Your a simple little go-ped so you don't get any stars. Doesn't

50 - 99 = Scooter + One star
100 - 499 = Virago + 2 stars
500 - 999 = V-Star + 3 stars
1000 - 1999 = Road Star + 4 stars
2000+ = Road Star Warrior + 5 stars
