FINALLY FINALLY
GOT AROUND TO INSTALLING MY GIFTED 33T PULLEY...
Got everything back together, and torqued down...

Will report how it goes 2mrw

Well finally rode the warrior with the
33t pulley , and yes it does make a difference with the RPM's ...at cruising speed on Hwy doing 80mph the RPM's dropped to 3kish...Which before they was about 35k RPM's...

Really happy which hopefully help with some better gas mileage...

DUDE! That’s fuggin awesome. I travel interstate literally every shiny day I can. Thanks for clearing the wonder! I have mine tore down so I’m past due here but still new. Still trying to read as much as possible and learn the way of this forum. Currently wet sanding my rims before alcohol then primer.

Looks good Sleepy..
It get a lot harder to wrap when you do the whole tank though... it's the compound curves at the front that are tricky..

Oh I know lol. I didn’t have a heat gun. But this winter I will be bringing in the house to do properly.

Finally finished up with mods and upgrades.

Churchkey’s Vbak and AIS block off plates.
Made and installed new slip on exhaust.
Barnett’s SR2 clutch plate
3 plate clutch mod with all new friction plates and steels.
New spark plugs.
Amsoil Vtwin 20/50w oil change.
3” ROX pivot risers.
Bar end weights with throttle boss.
A new longer Spiegler’s front brake line.
A new longer Barnett’s clutch cable.
Bled front and rear brakes.
New battery.
LED accent lighting on engine.
Rear brake reservoir relocation.

New front tyre and service getting done so I took the opportunity to strip the damaged clear coat of the front wheel, paint stripper removed the clear coat now I’m just going to clean it up with wet & dry sandpaper & steel wool for the satin finish look.

See how it comes out compared to the rear which is in good condition.

Took off my balancing weights on the front wheel and added 2 ounces of ceramic beads instead. Been using them for years with no issues.

Yes theres a kit..
