I think they're locking them cause it's been posted several times already and most of us know these guys are trying to scam some of the members here. Maybe a good idea would to have either a sticky topic or something highlighted informing everyone else who doesn't frequent the site as much as some of us.

They are being locked because they are being mentioned daily and we are well aware of it. There doesn't need to be 6 pages of discussion about how we all hate this kind of stuff, attached to it.

As has been mentioned the person responsible for all this has been locked out and his IP has been banned.
