Second set is not the tall. You can tell by the 2 holes instead of the three on the tall.
Man at $620 for the risers and $56 for shipping I think he might wanna retire after that sale.
I waited about 1 year not to long ago and scored a NOS tall riser set for $150 shipped. I know they are becoming more rare now.

That particular seller has very inflated pricing on all his listings unfortunately. He’s got a lot of nice parts offered.

Have you reached out with an offer? Sometimes, they'll work with you if you are "that" determined.

A while back, I took a shot in the dark and made an offer of 20% of an asking price and it was immediately accepted. Several other times, I've made a similar offer and they responded with a 30% counter that I was more than happy with. What do you have to lose?

@mgs2tall ... I don't know what you have in mind for the 1" O.D. handlebar for the Yami tall risers but if you're willing to compromise here's a couple of options:

Appreciate the alternate suggestions, I do like that riser paired with the Yamaha flat bar.

I did try sending a couple of offers, even buying a batch of the parts. No luck unfortunately.

I’ve found 2 of the 3, just need the cover.

Ebay has been great, lots of deals on (spare) parts.
