You just have some wires crossed. Should be no big deal, all the wires are color coded. Green and brown are directional and blue is the running light.

 

BROWN WIRE = Left Turn Signal
GREEN WIRE = Right Turn Signal
BLUE WIRE = Running Light
BLACK WIRE = Ground

 

Sounds like it could be just a pinched wire grounding out the one side which in turn would make the other side blink faster.

 

Thank you for the help, I did have wires crossed. When I initially put it bach together I thought the two harneses should have one black wire and one blue. With your help I found out the two blues needed to be with the blue and two black wires with the black, now it works. Thanks again.

 

Myzen, did you have to replace any lines or cables with yhe 4" riser?

 

I am going to have to replace the brake lines. I routed them behind the triple trees right now and I do not like the way it looks. But for now it is ridable. As for the other cables, I did remove most of the guides with the exception to the ones on the handlebars. The clutch cable was tight, then the plastic guide popped off and now it is just fine. Other than that, there is no binding of any cables. I will be adding the SS lines in a week or two. Overall a pretty easy job to do.
