The other topic is 18 pages long so let's start again....

First - Remember that we will beat any TYD (To Your Door) price on genuine Yamaha Star accessories by 1%. That's 1% not $1. This is price PLUS the shipping that other companies are changing.

Ok I just talked to your sales guy and he said he cancelled my order of the blue 2006 fender and I just ordered through your new site a
Midnight tank, front fender and rear fender. Please make sure this was done correctly. Thankyou Mike

Check & see on your end but I did cancel the PayPal payment the minute I cancelled the order.

Well that's odd. When I called on the 19th about the one I ordered on the 4th it was shipping out on the 19th. Still don't have it!
Order refrence number 349020. Can I get a tracking number on this!

I think this has shipped and is sitting in a stack of tracking #'s that I need to send out but if it hasn't for some reason I will make sure it gets out today. Either way I will send you a tracking number a little later. Thanks!

Well I don't like being lied to! When I called and talked to whoever I talked to on the 19th, He told me that it was in his hand and he was shipping it out as I was on the phone with him! I would of rather of been told the truth instead of a bs excuse and expecting something that wasn't sent. NOT COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scott, Although I guess we have ordered many many hundreds of dollars in racks, luggage, lights, and chrome from you for three different bikes this mod season we don't feel comfortable ordering from you anymore. Its sort of a problem every time. The more expensive items have all eventually arrived but when something doesn't ship you point to Phillip in your office and he points back to you. Mostly the things show up but candidly you've made us feel like second-class citizens so we've bought the next two batches of parts elsewhere. We have one batch left to buy this season and will buy those elsewhere also.

By way of reflection, it's a small thing that now the only part that didn't arrive is the stupid little LED. Its a big thing that every order was problematic and/or late, and you were less and less responsive to posts, emails, PM's for missing items even though you encourage them in your posts. We figure its just because you are busy. We've decided we won't take a chance that a large item won't ship and you will ignore us.

From a personal viewpoint, with all due respect, its odd to realize that I went from a fan who was always waving your flag and even lobbying for a topic sticky, in the last 3 orders to a non-fan. Don't ship the part now, we already emailed you to keep it because its just not worth the energy following up with you. I recently bought a different LED from Competition Accessories while traveling so now we can button up that lighting system mod this weekend (cool).

I am out of this item so it would not be possible to get you one that quick. It is not on backorder but the only warehouse that has it in stock is CA. So it would take almost a week for me to get it. That's what happen to us on the fender eliminator kit the other day (I have plenty of them now).
