Good luck, looks like he just posted long enough to place an ad. Ebay used to have some around the same price.
EDIT: Here, I did your homework for you and these even have the 2" slugs in order to put your rake back to normal. (something I wish I had)

the 7 degree trees are better than the 6 degree trees anyway. i have the morton 7 degree trees with the extensions. it looks killer and handles well. its worth it.
