its just cosmetic. tank was never cut into, just welded onto

 

Nice job Nate, nothing like a nice gloss black bike! (maybe those scratches came from hitting the side of the buffer wheel?) BTW, That is an excellent price, the shipping is going to kill you!

 

It happened while I was buffing it but I know I didn't catch it with the buffer, I use a foam pad with no hard sides. it really caught me by surprise, at least it was light.

 

I've been wanting this exact set up for a long time, gunna start saving my money, if it's not sold in a couple months I want it.

Yeah shipping is just awful nowadays. I shipped a stock tank to florida and it cost $87. Don't even get me started on the widened wheels. Hope you have a better shipping connection then me. Glad to see you are still doing work on the forum

None of the above, it's cuz of my fractured pelvis.

I'll post pics when I pick up the complete bike from the shop, my red gator print seat covering arrived also so now the shop has everything and the waiting begins!

 

This build is gonna rock right out of the box! Better start a new thread Joey its time to get out of the classifieds and into the real world of you-dunnit!

 

The second I get it back from the shop I will post pics in the modifications thread like a proud new father!
