So as QLD is hosting this, the time has come to start researching venues. So far we have several options on the table and some rides to each over the next few months would be good to get a venue cemented.

1. Bigriggen Campground. Between Boonah and Rathdownie. Has a Bunk house sleeping either 20 people in one dorm or 4 bunk rooms sleeping four in each.

2. Aritula Hotel at the bottom of Cunninghams Gap. Basic accom but good food, cheap piss and central.

3. Cunnungra Hotel, Still have to check this out.

4. Imbil Deer farm, Cabins sleeping four in each and cooking facilities

5. Wondai Hotel, Spokes knows about this and can make comment as have not been there.

6. Shane Webkies pub in Leigburn, maybe to far out.

7. Beared Dragon Hotel, nice and central to the Tambourine mountains and Numinbah valley.

Vic boys,,,If it is Thursday Sydney - Singleton - Sawtell caravan park - 700klms
Friday Sawtell - Nana Glen - Lake Maroon 360 klms,,, Will we leave tuesday morning, ride 600to 700km stay somewhere,,then next day meet up with somebody in Sydney and stay the night,,, so we can leave thursday morning with the NSW boys,,,,

WWW entertainment update

Okay WWW2012 attendees,

A decision has been made in regards to the waitresses.
No direct negative feedback received, however some concerns raised.
After internal discussion, we have decided not to host the girls.
It is easier to disappoint some, then loose a single Warrior, because he or she might get in trouble at home. My thanks to the people that suggested the addition, the people that gave me feedback, and the other organisers. My apology for the decision as it will disappoint some.
Remember it is all about the Warrior, their riders, and a great weekend.

Waitresses what waitresses? must have missed out on that bit lmao!! so what is the entertainment now? Topless waiters wouldn't upset the WAGS lmao!! Oh and Dutchy dont forget my Mercury Cider pretty please! Dont drink beer! :D

Contacted the owners of the accommodation and all is set, fire wood is in ample supply and people are keen. WWW here we come :):D:)

We had a meeting yesterday to discuss supplies and will visit site on the weekend to prepare additional items like music etc

Like your work Dutch.
My 2 bobs worth, breakfast, cereals milk, bacon(mmm) and eggs, toast and fruit juice.
Dinner, BBQ if they have one available with tossed salad, easy.
Lunch, are we goin somewhere we can buy it on the ride??
I agree that spirit drinkers bring their own, even though I prefer bourbon to beer. I will drink anything you put in front of me, even xxxx.( mid strength beers are a safer bet) I also drink cider so can help Dtart out in that regard.

Remember, I am only the treasurer, and do some work behind the scene, but there are several people working hard to make this happen. My thanks and appreciation to them :D

I am just the one that makes the most noise at this stage...

All who work hard to make this happen will be revealed......

(Q) WWW 2012 ..... The biggest, best and largest gathering in good old Au..... Here we come, there is no turning back now.

Visited today (Thanks guys, Heff, Stewy and Steve for the great ride) and met the owners of the accommodation and all is set, fire wood is in ample supply and people are keen. WWW here we come :):D:)
All is provided except need a sleeping bag, towels, and toothbrush etc if you are that way inclined :eek: There are not many rules we have to obey by, just the normal ones. No smoking inside the houses, no breaking of gear as we will be charged for this.
Noise, nudity singing and snoring is all good ;)

Our Hosts even provided fire thrones, so that is one less thing to worry about.

Investigated the lake, and some people will have fun there, although the thought of mankinies, speedo's and other creative wear is putting me slightly of my lunch :eek:

Yeah great ride today boys,
Menu and drinks are almost completed and the following help is needed a few days before.
Hendo and his lovely wife are arranging some potato salads. Hendo's special mayo in it.
Stewey, Olmate and hendo need to be at my house on Wednesday evening to prepare Kebabs, more people the merrier.
Dutch is making rice and paying bills.
Hendo is to arrange pickup of supplies donated by bones11.
I will be ordering the supplies next week and pick up the week of the event. May need help on the night.
I will be bringing one large esky and Ron is arranging another for me to pick up.

I'll trailer my bike out behind the ute on Friday and set up with as many Qlders as possible. Then some of the lads will ride out and meet the incoming lads at either Aratula or Boonah and escort you all out.

Mandatory ride on Saturday is set (mystery tour) about with lunch along the way.

This is the biggest gathering yet guys and it will be a sight to see 26 Warriors riding in formation through some of the towns and villages.

Ride safe and see ya all in three weeks.

Can leave my place at 9am So where do you want me, happy to help with the setting up etc, but would like to meet up and ride with someone if poss, tho i know where Im going now as was at Rathdowney this weekend!:p

No probs, my nymphomaniac 25 yera old half sister that likes to walk around naked can stay at home for this one......

And Dutch, I know this is not a one man show, thanks to all who are working hard to make this the biggest and best WWW ever, look fwd to thanking you all in person soon

Shane and I will be leaving pending his work, can't wait to get there,washed the bike and had a little dance ( yes I also had a little wee come out too), still have to ride back to Townsville from work yet,pack and shag missus before we leave.:))
